EndNote is a commercial software that can help researchers to manage bibliographies and references when writing journal articles. Trial version can be downloaded from here.

endnote makes life soo much easier doesnt it?

Yup. Now that PTSL library has bought the license, Warga UKM can download it online for FREE!
I heard that EndNote is not user-friendly when it comes to writing thesis. We always write each chapter of our thesis in separate word doc. Things get pretty messed up when we try to combine all the work in one file.

ah yes... but then you can write it in one long document. I did that for my undergrad but i just barely got it right with HEAPS of trial and error. just have to use the section break feature. i'm planning to go for an advanced word 2007 course which teaches you how to handle long documents correctly. If I get anything useful, i'll let you know!
